| Pioneer AVIC-D3 INFORMATION: |
Pioneer, one of the leading electronics companies, has introduced a new and a powerful car navigation system for car stereos that will fulfill virtually every requirement a driver may need in a car. The AVIC-D3 uses its 6.1-inch touchscreen as both a control for music functions as well as a display for DVD movies, DivX video, and GPS navigation. The latter feature is comprehensive, according to Pioneer, as the head unit includes maps of North America with over 11 million points of interest. Monitoring the traffic got even easier with this systems because you can integrate an optional tuner for XM's NavTraffic service that provides real-time updates on traffic status for all XM Satellite Radio subscribers.
the Pioneer AVIC-D3 was creatively designed which provides a perfect placement in the dashboard for a fit and finish similar to factory unit. Drivers can customize the illumination and choose from eight preset colors and five graphical user interface colors, to match any dashboard. RGB buttons offer over 32,000 color selections.
In addition to these amazing features, with CD-BTB200 Bluetooth adapter (optional) you can receive phone calls hands-free when you sync a compatible Bluetooth-enabled cell phone. With the unit's microphone, you can talk and listen through your car speakers at the same time. To make calling even easier, you can copy and store your numbers from the cell phone to your AVIC-D3's internal phone book.
All these great features have made the newly invented head unit by pioneer one of the best systems available in the market.
Pioneer AVIC-D3 FEATURES:
6.1" Double Din DVD, touchscreen DVD monitor with European Navigation
Bluetooth module NOT included with this unit
IPOD cable is included (CD-I200)
General:
The AVIC-D3 is a Double-DIN (it’s twice the size of a normal single-DIN CD tuner) GPS and entertainment system designed to integrate perfectly with your car’s interior; you can even customise the colour of the illumination.
The system has a 6.1 inch colour touch screen that is incredibly intuitive and easy-to-use; menu’s are dynamic, giving you quick and easy access
to the functions you need at the time you need them.
The heart of the D3 is an advanced navigation system. You get full map coverage of 26 European countries; that’s over 7.5 million kilometres of road and over 1.5 million points of interest.
The D3 always knows where you are; even if there is a weak GPS signal. A 3D Gyro Sensor continually monitors your cars movements; so the D3 is quick to respond and reroute; there’s no delay when you’re trying to find your way.
You can avoid the traffic jams, too; the D3 has a built-in TMC (Traffic Messaging Channel) receiver, which alerts you to black spots and gives you several alternative routes, depending on your requirements.
And the D3 is compatible with just about everything. You can bring your digital lifestyle in car. Play DVDs, MP3 music, DivX videos, CDs and more; or with optional accessories, you can connect your iPod, Bluetooth phone or a TV Tuner.
There’s also a front aux. in which means you can connect almost any digital music player directly to the front of the system.
The D3 is a hub of entertainment for you and your passengers.
